Here's a really easy DIY I did to "girly up" an inexpensive ($12.99) JansjoLED light from IKEA:

All it took was some fake flowers (also from IKEA in this case) and some floral tape. I cut the stems down, bunched the flowers around the light and just wrapped it with the tape! Since it's an LED it's safe because the light is cool (which also makes it safe for kids).

Here's what it looked like before: OK I guess, but not for a little girl!

These lights also come in a wall model, which I think would look really cute with the flower treatment.  Or stagger 3 or 4 on the wall for a little horizontal garden!
